David Poland on: Reeler-Moderated Critics Panel Coming to Makor
Today may be All-Positive Friday, but I think it's time to let you know that things are really looking up next week. To wit, I hope you will join me at Makor next Wednesday, Jan. 10 at 7:30 p.m., when I will humbly moderate a panel discussion on The Best and Worst Films of 2006.
Participants include Salon critic Stephanie Zacharek, New York Magazine's David Edelstein and Entertainment Weekly's Owen Gleiberman; we'll have all kinds of fun with lists and clips and plenty of audience Q&A. So bring your friends -- and lots of opinions -- to the Upper West Side, and get your advance tickets here. (NB: Those rumors you heard about a Reeler dunk tank? Completely unfounded.)
I look forward to meeting you there!
UPDATE: Here's the latest -- plus a few other links -- from the 92Y Blog.

Will this be the very, very best of this year's hype, hypocrisy and general self-importance?
Teasing... but...
